1. Eligibility

To open and maintain an 88abc account you must satisfy all eligibility requirements set out below. 88abc reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account that does not meet these requirements.

• 2You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registering or operating an account on behalf of a third party or legal entity is strictly prohibited.
• 3You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• 4You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary or mandatory exclusion period, or any restriction that prohibits you from accessing online gambling services at the time of registration or at any subsequent point.

2. Account Registration and Security

Each registered user is solely responsible for the security of their 88abc account and all activity that takes place under their credentials. 88abc will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access caused by a player's failure to secure their login details.

• 1Each player may register only one account. Duplicate accounts found under the same name, email address, payment method, device, or IP address will be merged or closed and any associated bonuses forfeited without notice.
• 2You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow anyone else to access or use your account under any circumstances.
• 388abc may require you to submit identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including before processing any withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC within the time specified by 88abc may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.
• 4If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 88abc immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. Include your account details and a description of the suspected breach.
• 588abc reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account if there is reasonable evidence of a Terms breach, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that poses a threat to the integrity or security of the platform.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

88abc processes all financial transactions exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. No other payment methods are currently accepted. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals on the platform.

• 1Deposits are credited to your 88abc account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 88abc is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's infrastructure or network issues outside 88abc's control.
• 2All withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Withdrawals to a different wallet, phone number, or account holder will not be permitted without prior written approval from 88abc.
• 3Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied. Pending KYC or incomplete wagering rollover will place a withdrawal request on hold.
• 488abc reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time. Current deposit and withdrawal limits applicable to your account are displayed on the payment page within the platform.
• 588abc does not charge a processing fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. Any charges levied directly by bKash, Nagad, or Rocket are outside 88abc's control and remain the player's sole responsibility.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards provided by 88abc are subject to the terms below. Bonuses are offered at 88abc's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

• 1Every bonus is subject to a wagering requirement which must be completed in full before any winnings derived from that bonus may be withdrawn. The rollover multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms.
• 2Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per account. Attempting to claim a new player bonus using a duplicate or secondary account is a breach of these Terms and will result in the forfeiture of all associated funds.
• 3Bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of issue. If the wagering requirement is not met in full before the expiry date, the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited automatically from the account.
• 488abc reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any associated winnings where there is evidence that a bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or by circumventing the intended conditions of any promotion.
• 5Free spins awarded as part of any promotion are valid only on the specific game or games identified in that promotion's terms. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and remain subject to the stated wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

88abc is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed and all funds forfeited.

• 1Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit promotions, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for genuine human users.
• 2Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game type, including live casino tables, tournaments, crash games, or sports betting markets.
• 3Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, manipulate, or otherwise disrupt the platform's software, game engines, random number generators, or security systems.
• 4Using stolen, cloned, fraudulent, or otherwise unauthorised payment credentials to deposit funds into an 88abc account or to complete any transaction on the platform.
• 5Registering or operating more than one account on the platform, or registering an account using a name, identity, or payment method that does not belong to you.

6. Game Rules and Disputes

All games available on 88abc operate according to the rules published by their respective game provider, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and Microgaming. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand the rules of each game before placing any wager.

In the event of a technical fault, server outage, or disconnection during a game round, 88abc will resolve the situation in line with the relevant game provider's dispute resolution policy. Where a round cannot be completed or its outcome cannot be verified, the wager may be refunded to the player's account balance at 88abc's discretion.

• 1Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG software or, in the case of crash and provably fair titles, by publicly verifiable algorithms. 88abc does not alter, delay, or influence game outcomes at any time.
• 2Disputes regarding a game outcome must be submitted to the 88abc support team at [email protected] within 7 days of the event in question. Disputes submitted after this period may not be accepted for review.
• 388abc's decision on any dispute is final and binding. Where a dispute concerns a technical issue attributable to a third-party game provider, 88abc will escalate the matter to that provider and communicate the outcome to the player within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Responsible Gaming

88abc takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. Online gaming should always remain an enjoyable form of entertainment. If gambling stops being fun or begins to negatively affect your finances, relationships, or mental wellbeing, we strongly encourage you to use the tools available on the platform or to contact our support team for assistance.

• 1Players may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or a permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, 88abc will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded account from being used to deposit or place bets.
• 2Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account to help manage their spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before they become active.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88abc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory.

88abc's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms, the platform, or your account shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your account during the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of the action or whether 88abc has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Amendments and Governing Law

88abc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, 88abc will notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after notification of a change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international online gaming law. 88abc operates as a global online gaming platform and makes no representation as to the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of 88abc complies with the laws applicable in their own location.
